On the 25th anniversary of September 11th, Pickler Law is honoring the brave men and women who have dedicated their lives to protecting others.

We're offering free estate planning consultations for eligible first responders and their spouses at our Collierville, Tennessee and Russellville, Arkansas offices.

​

Eligible participants will receive up to $1,000 off qualifying flat-rate estate planning documents ordered on September 11th.

Planning for Patriots will take place on Friday, September 11th, 2026, at both Pickler Law locations. When registering, simply select your preferred location.

ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS

Meet privately with one of our estate planning attorneys to discuss your family’s goals and determine which estate planning documents best fit your needs.

 

As part of Planning for Patriots, eligible participants will receive:

  • Up to $1,000 off eligible flat-rate estate planning documents and packages ordered on September 11th, 2026.

  • Plans totaling $1,000 or less will be provided at no cost.

  • Plans exceeding $1,000 will receive a $1,000 discount.

 

Estate plan documents may include:

  • Wills

  • Testamentary Trusts

  • Revocable Trusts

  • Powers of Attorney

  • Living Wills

  • Irrevocable Trusts

  • Packages that include combinations of those documents

DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND SIGNING

Estate planning documents will not be completed or signed on September 11th.

 

Following your consultation, our team will prepare your documents over the next several weeks. Once they are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a separate appointment to review and sign your documents.
