Local Law Firm to Give Away Estate Plans to American Heroes in the Month of August

The Pickler Law Firm, located in Collierville, Tennessee, will be inaugurating Planning for Patriots Day on Saturday, August 29th from 10:00am – 2:00pm. This telethon-style and online event will celebrate our American Heroes – police officers, firefighters, paramedics, veterans and active-duty military members, and healthcare heroes – by offering basic estate plans at no charge. The Basic Estate Plan package consists of a Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Living Will.

“It's our honor to give back to those who sacrifice so much for us,” said David Pickler, Esq., President of The Pickler Law Firm. “This event is special for our firm because it is an extension of our commitment to community. We are anxious to assist the countless heroes in our community, some of whom may not be able to afford legal services. Thank you, heroes, for all that you do.”

Planning for Patriots Day will be held on August 29th where callers will dial in and answer a series of questions and later come in to sign their documents. However, The Pickler Law Firm will be celebrating all month long – starting today – by offering an online option where “Patriots” will fill out a brief, online form and come in on Planning for Patriots Day to sign. Click here to fill out the online form and learn more.

“Our firm is thrilled to be celebrating the special people in our community who selflessly serve day in and day out,” said Russell Hayes, Esq., Attorney at The Pickler Law Firm. “While we look forward to the exciting telethon-style event at the end of the month, we are also proud to offer an online application for those heroes who may be working on Planning for Patriots Day.”
