Cristy Bailey brings over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, where she developed a strong foundation in administrative support and a deep commitment to client service. Known for her professionalism, organizational skills, and warm demeanor, she has built a reputation for helping others feel welcome and cared for in every interaction.

In July 2025, she joined Pickler Law as a receptionist, where she serves as a friendly first point of contact and provides vital day-to-day support for the firm’s operations.

A proud graduate of Horn Lake High School, she entered the workforce immediately after graduation. She now resides in Byhalia with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Ethan and Easton. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, camping, and boating with her family, spending time with close friends, and caring for her two dogs and pet pig.
